Agile Renaissance 6 String Acoustic
You probably already know about Agile Guitars and the awesome 6, 7, 8 and 9 string electric guitars they offer for very affordable prices.
Another niche that Agile Guitars have actually been in for many years but more recently are coming out with some really unique guitars in are acoustic guitars.

In particular we thought we would talk about the Agile Renaissance 6 string multiscale acoustic.
Right off the bat you notice multiscale! The Renaissance 6 comes with a rosewood slanted multiscale bridge and ebony fretboard to give the guitar a 25” to 27” scale.
In addition, this acoustic guitar comes with an acoustic pickup and pre-amp with 3-band equalizer and built in tuner.
The neck, back and sides of the guitar body are made of mahogany while the top of the guitar is made of solid sitka spruce which helps to give the guitar a really incredible sound.
To finish it off the Agile Renaissance 6 string multiscale acoustic comes with Wilkinson tuners.
The fit and finish of the Agile Renaissance is very impressive. The guitar is very pleasing to look at especially in the sunburst finish, which to us looks tastefully done and not too over the top.
Of course it is an Agile and we have come to expect a certain level of quality from the Agile brand. The Agile Renaissance acoustic doesn’t look like it will disappoint in this area.
The guitar comes with 12 gauge Labella strings installed at the factory. Of course those can easily be swapped out for whatever gauge of strings you normally prefer to play with.
One of the other cool things about Agile Renaissance acoustic is that it is also offered in a 7 and 8 string version.
If you are wanting to take your djent band unplugged for a session than maybe the 7 or 8 string Renaissance will fit the bill.
At any rate they would be fun guitars to have in your stable to play and also as conversation pieces.
